Feb 6-8, 2009, DotA-League will be hosting their first offline event! Eight of Europe's top DotA teams will be battling it out live in Hannover, Germany. It should be quite an exciting event to spectate and the eighth slot is still up for grabs. It's barely a month away, so look into attending while there's still time!
